By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 666wd website located at https://666wd.net (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 666wd (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 666wd Platform and any services offered through it. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 666wd.

Access to and use of the 666wd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 666wd enforces a strict minimum age policy across all gaming and betting products. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person in connection with betting or gaming activities on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 666wd or had an account permanently closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

666wd reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on the 666wd Platform, you are required to create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Registration Requirements:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 666wd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide a valid email address, accurate personal details, and a secure password during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666wd login credentials.
• You must promptly notify 666wd support at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your 666wd account under any circumstances.

Account Verification (KYC): 666wd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your 666wd account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending investigations are outstanding.

All financial transactions on the 666wd Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 666wd account balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 666wd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever operationally possible. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete. 666wd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable processing window, though actual credit times depend on the chosen payment method and the player's banking provider.

Refused Transactions: 666wd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the Company may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

From time to time, 666wd may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each specific offer.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period only. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active on your 666wd account at any given time unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are offered to individual players for personal recreational use and may not be claimed in a systematic or professional manner designed to extract guaranteed profit.
• 666wd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect a player mid-way through satisfying an existing wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting across accounts, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

All betting and gaming activity on the 666wd Platform — including cricket betting, PSL wagering, sports betting, live casino, and slot games — is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type, as published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and binding only once you have received on-screen confirmation that your bet has been accepted by the 666wd system. Bets that have not received a confirmed acceptance are not valid.
• Void Bets: 666wd reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred (including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed due to a technical fault), where a sporting event is cancelled or suspended without a result, or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular or suspicious wagering activity.
• In-Play Betting: For in-play cricket and sports markets, odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted at a displayed price are honoured at that price unless voided under the circumstances described above.
• Casino & RNG Games: All casino and slot games offered through 666wd use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game information section. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of perceived unfairness.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live casino game or slot session, 666wd will use reasonable endeavours to determine the correct outcome based on available system data. Where a definitive result cannot be established, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 666wd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 666wd staff or other players in any communication channel

666wd is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the 666wd Platform without prior written authorisation
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 666wd content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform

Any unauthorised use of 666wd intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666wd shall not be liable to any player or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 666wd Platform or any service offered through it
• Any error, omission, interruption, or defect in the transmission of data
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or account data
• Any loss of winnings claimed to result from technical faults, network disruptions, or platform downtime
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform

The total aggregate liability of 666wd to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 666wd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

666wd takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering and using the 666wd Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate and maintain your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations
• 666wd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our ongoing obligations

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks under which 666wd operates.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First Contact: In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted in writing to the 666wd Customer Support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, the relevant account information, and all supporting evidence.
2. Internal Review: 666wd will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. Complex cases may take longer, in which case we will keep you informed of progress.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior compliance officer for further consideration.
4. Final Decision: The decision of the 666wd compliance team, following completion of the internal review process, represents the Company's final position on the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights pending resolution of a dispute.
